Search for new organizer of Youth European Championships 2007

Resulting from their experiences at recent European Championships in Geldrop and after discussions with governing bodies of EMF and WMF the Dutch Minigolf Association FNMB has decided not to sign the official contract between EMF and the organizer. The contract would have been the last formal step on the road towards YEC 2007 in Geldrop. The situation is not very pleasant for the WMF Youth Commission, who is also responsible for EMF Youth Championships, but it is a cold fact now, that we need a new organizer for 2007. We don’t have much time and therefore I kindly ask all interested nations to report their provisory interest to me not later than 30.09.2006. Further discussions with candidates would then take place in October and first formal steps would be taken in the annual meeting of the Youth Commission, which is about to take place at the end of October or at the beginning of November.
