Exclusion of players from Nations Cups. The Boards
of WMF and EMF, by a common agreement, consider to exclude Italy and Moldova
from the upcoming Nations Cups (Youth, Elite and Seniors players) which will
take place June 3/4, 2006 in Odense, Geldrop and
Luxemburg.
Reason: Non-submission of members declaration in time.
The S/G WMF has – by all means of communication (mail, fax, e-mail,
registered mail) – tried to receive the members declarations from the
officials of the respective members. In the case the correct and complete
declaration is not submitted to the Secretary General WMF by April 30, 2006, 12
a.m. local time at the latest, players from Italy and Moldova will not
participate in Nations Cups 2006. In the case the declaration is not submitted
by May 31, 2006, 12 a.m. local time, players from Italy and Moldova will not
participate in any international tournaments in 2006 (i.e. Championships,
European Cup). |
