| The WMF has held an extra-ordinary
Delegates Conference through a written voting. The voting has ended on July 15
and the motion of the Executive Committee has been approved without objections.
Sole topic was the amendment of the Statutes of WMF to bring these in
compliance with the expectations of the WADA. The new Statutes form the basis
for the appointment of the doping officer and the setting-up of the doping
disciplinary committee. The new Statutes are availble in the chapter Rulebook
